Project Life cycle

All projects at CDWnP follow a well defined life cycle. Each stage in the cycle is bound by a set of transparent and robust processes. The transparency in the system allows a client a complete view of the project and helps track work progress, schedule and quality throughout its implementation

Brief
Marketing team meets the client to understand the course, platform requirements and then defines the initial scope of the project in the form of a written brief. The brief outlines the cost, effort, schedule and deliverables of the project.

Analysis
We examine the requirements and chart the course for the project. Project managers and functional specialists are involved at this stage.

Design
Based on the analysis the product design is developed. This defines the instructional, visual, and software design strategies of the E learning solution.

Prototype
Once the product design is approved, a prototype is created. A prototype is a developed version of one working path or module that represents every aspect of the solution. It is functionally compete and runs on the target platform, allowing the client to evaluate the design from all aspects before full scale production.

Development
The development process begins after the client approves the design and the prototype.This is when the scripting, creation of graphics and programming of the solution takes place.

Review and testing
